ECRs on LS2 activities:
- 1 ECR for the installation in IR7 of the Disperssion Suppressor collimator (TCLD) (RELEASED):
- LHC-TC-EC-0013, A new horizontal tungsten collimator (TCLD) will be installed on each side of IR7, in cell 9 of the DS of the outgoing beam.
- 1 ECRs for moving of two wire collimators for BBLR compensation from B2 to B1 on IR1 and IR5. (RELEASED):
- LHC-TC-EC-0019, In this document the proposed intervention to move the wire collimators currently in slots TCLVW.A5L1.B2 and TCL.4L5.B2 to slots TCTPV.4L1.B1 and TCTPH.4L5.B1 respectively (i.e., in the B1 locations corresponding to the ones of the test carried on B2), and test the reduction of beam losses also for B1.
- 2 ECRs for the installation of New Passive Absorbers (TCAPM) for warm magnet protection in IR7.
- 1 ECRs for the installation of Low-Impedance Primary Collimators with BPMs (TCPPMs) in IR7:
- LHC-TC-EC-0016(RELEASED) , This document details the hardware installation, proposed to take place during the LS2. This activity is within the scope of the Consolidation project (with a contribution from the HL-LHC WP5 for the jaw material).
- 2 ECRs for the First Phase Installation of Low-Impedance Secondary Collimators (TCSPM) in IR7:
- LHC-TCSPM-EC-0001 (RELEASED), The change of the baseline consists in reducing by 4 (2 per beam) the number of units of the low-impedance secondary collimators TCSPM to be produced and installed in LS3. The total number of units to be installed changes from 14 to 10.
- DOC-ECR-ES No. 1973031 (RELEASED), First Phase of Installation of Low-Impedance Secondar Collimators (TCSPM) in IR7.
