The Mechanical Design Team in the TS Department

The mechanical design of the LHC collimators is led by the TS department (MME Group) with support from other CERN departments, in particular the AB department. The work package is performed in the framework of the LHC Collimation Project.

Collimator Design Meetings

 

Regular collimator design meetings are held to discuss and develop the mechanical design of the collimators. These meetings are organized and chaired by Manfred Mayer
